Here is the way you can create free blog with the help of blogger
Steps:-
1. Go to blogger.com
2. Signup there.
3. Create a address with blogspot.com(if you want free)
4. Remember blogspot.com is mandatory for example yourname.blogspot.com
You can take my blog as example technovenus.blogspot.com
5. Choose Themes
6.now your free blog is ready.
